SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch. Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods, severe weather, or any postal service disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight.
If available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS
We hope you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind or your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return or refund. This policy applies to all cards and art prints purchased from our shop.
Custom design services are non-refundable.

Change of Mind
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us first to start the return.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items have been received and checked.
Original shipping costs are refundable only if the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, as items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
